Understand Your Brain.
Train It to Work Better.
Non-invasive qEEG brain mapping and personalized neurofeedback training — no medication, no guesswork. Serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe & Tucson.
What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback has been studied in academic and clinical settings since the 1960s. It’s a non-invasive method of helping your brain learn to self-regulate using real-time brainwave data.
How It Works
We start with a qEEG brain map — a 20-minute, painless assessment that records your brainwave activity across multiple frequencies. This creates a detailed map of where your brain may be over- or under-activated.
From that data, our certified clinicians design a personalized neurofeedback protocol. During training sessions, you simply relax and watch a movie or play a simple game while sensors read your brainwaves. When your brain produces healthier activity patterns, the screen responds positively — reinforcing those patterns over time.
Most clients begin noticing changes in focus, sleep, and emotional balance within the first few weeks of consistent training.
Start With a Brain Map →Brainwave Frequencies We Train
| Wave | Hz Range | Associated With |
|---|---|---|
| Delta | 0.5–4 Hz | Deep sleep, recovery |
| Theta | 4–8 Hz | Creativity, daydreaming |
| Alpha | 8–12 Hz | Calm focus, relaxation |
| SMR | 12–15 Hz | Motor calm, attention |
| Beta | 15–30 Hz | Active thinking, alertness |
| High Beta | 30–40 Hz | Stress, hypervigilance |
