Wondering can I pay for my neurofeedback therapy sessions with insurance? The answer is YES!
Neuron Connect accepts medical insurance from select providers. Keep in mind, you can always self pay with cash, debit or credit cards as well. See below for the process and how to get started.
- Fill out the Contact Form and provide the necessary information
- We will verify your insurance benefits, you will complete your telehealth intake with our Medical Director, and fill out a short online questionnaire to merge with the qEEG Brain Mapping results.
- Schedule your Brain Mapping session to get your baseline and begin your Neurofeedback sessions, typically 20-30 sessions will be completed with your individually tailored “brain-smart program” with a qEEG Brain Mapping update created every 10th session to track your progress and further customize your program.
Use Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Funds
The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a state-funded program in Arizona that allows eligible families to use public education funds for approved educational expenses outside the traditional public school system.
Children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities), attending failing schools, living in tribal communities, foster children and children of active-duty military families typically qualify.
Neurofeedback therapy is an approved ESA-eligible therapy because it directly supports educational progress and cognitive function. Investing in Neurofeedback therapy is an evidence-based, child-centered way to help your child thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged savings and investment account specifically for individuals covered by a high-deductible health plan (HDHP).
You can use your HSA funds to pay for a wide array of qualified medical expenses. Neuron Connect is an approved provider to pay for services using your Health Savings Account money.
Get the CareCredit Card
Get the CareCredit healthcare credit card and pay for the services you need. The CareCredit card offers promotional financing options like no-interest periods for qualifying purchases, allowing cardholders to pay over time.

Typically 20-40 sessions will be completed with your individually tailored “brain-smart program” with a qEEG Brain Mapping update created every 10th session to track your progress and further customize your program.
